Maker City: A practical guide to reinventing our cities
The Maker City Playbook was made possible by the generous financial support of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation with fiscal sponsorship provided through the Gray Area Foundation for the Arts. Stephanie Santoso, formerly Senior Advisor for Making to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), Executive Office of the President, was invaluable in providing introductions to people who make up the Maker City ecosystem. The inspiration for the Maker City Playbook came very much from the Remake Learning Playbook produced by the Sprout Fund under the leadership of Cathy Lewis Long, President.
